Stephen Adams
Stephen, a Director and owner of The SuDS Design Centre & EAS, has 25 years’ experience within a development consultancy background. He has extensive experience in development planning, from feasibility through planning to detailed design. This includes a varied portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, retail, education; as well as experience with other land uses such as working on large glasshouse and agricultural sites.

Marianna Dyason
Marianna is an Associate and team leader, with 19 years’ experience. Marianna has extensive knowledge and understanding of development planning and civil engineering. Marianna’s has expertise in detailed design, specialising in sustainable drainage systems, and 3D terrain models, in addition to her experience in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments and SuDS Statements.

Rose Cargill
Rose is a Senior Consultant, specialising in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessment and SuDS statements and designs. She has experience in a range of projects and sectors, from single dwelling surface water drainage designs to larger SuDS schemes for commercial sites. Rose is from an Environmental background and is experienced in preparing EA Environmental Permit and Flood Activity Permit applications.

James Cahuzac
James is a Senior Civil Engineer, with a Masters of Civil Engineering Degree from the Loughborough University. James’ work at EAS consists of preparing Flood Risk Assessments, SuDS design reports and detailed drainage design on a wide range of scales from single homes to large mixed use developments. With a multicultural and technological background, James’ passion lies in supporting sustainable solutions and new technologies.

Michael Caraglia
Since joining EAS in early 2017 Michael has completed a part-time HNC and degree in Civil Engineer. He has gained significant experience in scheme feasibility through to detailed design, with a particular focus on the design and provision of sustainable drainage (SuDS) systems and flood risk design in order to support a variety of developments.

Alice Davy
Alice is a Graduate Consultant with an MSc in Water and Environmental Management from Queen Mary University of London. Whilst at university she studied catchment science, flood risk management and modelling. Alice has a keen interest in flood risk management and sustainability, and is looking to become chartered.

Abigail Wright
Abi is a Graduate Consultant, having acquired a degree from the University of Exeter in BSc Geography with Applied GIS. With experience using ArcGIS and QGIS, Abi has developed her geospatial skills using a range of datasets to produce coherent data visualisations for a range of projects. Abi is now gaining experience in the fields of flood risk and SuDS drainage design.

Mathew Spicer
Mat recently joined EAS as a Graduate Consultant, with a BSc in Geology with Geography from the University of East Anglia. This degree also included a year in industry placement working for Network Rail’s Environment & Sustainable Development Team. His dissertation focused on using GIS and geological data to evaluate and identify areas of the UK’s rail network that will be at greatest risk of flooding and coastal erosion under future climate change scenarios.
