Supporting you through each phase of your development.
Our project lifecycle services:
Initial Feasibility.
Early input and discussion with stakeholders, can help identify and suggest solutions to potential future drainage issues that will need to be overcome, such as, poor ground conditions, lack of a suitable outfall point or availability of an adopted sewer network.
Pre-Planning Advice & Site Design.
Initial inclusion and sizing of SuDS features early in the preparation of a site layout, will ensure the a policy compliant design will be possible, along with the most efficient use of valuable development land. We can work with the team architects, urban planners and landscape architects to integrate SuDS into the site layout.
Planning Application.
We provide SuDS Statements to support planning applications that are policy compliant in, water quantity, water quality, amenity and biodiversity requirements. Drainage design is undertaken in Causeway Flow using the latest hydrological data. Supported by our parent company EAS we can also offer Flood Risk Assessments and in addition, transport planning and highways services.
Discharge of Conditions.
Most applications will have drainage conditions applied to them requiring further details, such as detailed SuDS drawings of each element of the design, SuDS maintenance and management requirements and details of any temporary drainage measures within the construction phase.
Construction.
Construction drawings which consider further details, such as how to work with the building foundations and manhole & sewer setting out details, can also be provided.

We can also offer assistance with:
Sewer connection (S106) and adoption agreements (S104).
